Dance Therapy: Julianne Polito (left) and her sister Christina are among several Almaden Valley dancers who will be performing in the San Jose Dance Theater's 39th annual production of 'The Nutcracker,' which opens this weekend. After Julianne spent three years undergoing chemotherapy for leukemia, her legs had atrophied. Dance lessons helped her to build up muscles and strength in her legs.

Sports complex Fitness grant 'Kids Who Care'
