New budget New wine store Garbage contract
The San Jose City Council voted June 14 to approve an amended version of the city's budget, one that allows fire stations to keep all their equipment and libraries to maintain their hours as they are now.  More After 16 months of planning and preparation, four longtime Almaden residents popped a cork in celebration as they opened their wine shop and bar, Unwined.  More After members of the San Jose City Council showed a willingness to investigate allegations that Mayor Ron Gonzales misrepresented the true nature of a costly city garbage contract, Gonzales himself called for an independent investigation.  More
