Founder: The new low-income housing development that recently opened across the street from Pioneer High School is named after Robert Hennessy, founder and executive director of San Jose Conservation Corp. and Charter school, which built the homes through the YouthBuild program. The seven-home project is the largest development the Conservation Corp. has completed.
