Striking Out: David Silva, whose parents started the Almaden Youth Soccer League, is carrying on the family tradition. He recently opened an indoor soccer facility in the Silver Creek Sports Complex to provide local athletes another venue to play in an area where fields are limited. Silva says he has soccer in his blood.
