Hot StoveTroy Tulowitzki of the Colorado Rockies will top the list when master of ceremonies Ted Robinson announces the line-up of winners at the 24th annual Santa Clara County Hot Stove Banquet on Jan. 29 at the San Jose Elks Club, 444 W. Alma Ave.
Major League umpires Ted Barrett and Ed Montague will be special guests at the event that will also honor Jeremy Guthrie of the Baltimore Orioles.
Tickets are $40 per person, $400 for a reserved table for 10 ($350 for a reserved table for 10 for youth, high school, community college and college baseball groups).

Volleyball camp
The Vision Volleyball Club will offer a winter volleyball camp for beginning players. Vision's Futures program is designed for players ages 8-11, and participants will receive individual training in fundamentals and will learn the basics of team play in a fun and positive environment.
The camp will run Sundays, 10 a.m.-noon (Feb. 10, 17; March 2, 9, 16), at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills. The camp fee is $225 for all five sessions and includes a T-shirt.

Baseball camps
Central Coast Baseball is holding winter hitting and pitching clinics each weekend at Willow Glen High School. Hitting clinics are Saturdays, 1-2 p.m., and Sundays 2-3 p.m., and pitching sessions are Saturdays, 2-3 p.m., and Sundays, 3-4 p.m. The cost is $30 per session and Erick Raich and Mike Drew will direct the clinics.

Jumpstart
Jumpstart volleyball has openings for players on its 14-and-under competitive and developmental teams. The tournament season runs from January through May.
