    Measure E will become a tax rip-off

Silicon Valley needs a tax stimulus. Instead Mission College and West Valley College are trying to sneak through a tax rip-off. With 25,000 people unemployed all over the valley--about six percent--and more layoffs coming, the college proposes to charge us three quarters of a billion dollars in additional taxes. Then they propose to give away half a billion dollars of our money in interest. They seem to care nothing for those who are struggling to meet expenses and stay afloat. Please vote "no" on Measure E. The numbers simply don't add up. It's an unconscionable giveaway of money most people don't have right now.
