    Campbell experiences rolling blackouts


    California's power crisis hit home last week as Campbell residences and businesses experienced rolling blackouts that lasted more than an hour. Some knew that power outages were coming, but to most people, they were unexpected. Some businesses were shut down temporarily while others made do with flashlights and processed sales manually. Reactions ranged from frustration to relief to casual acceptance.   More
