    Police Blotter

    Love Triangle--Feb. 1, 10:50 p.m. Two male suspects were booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon after they got into a fight with another man over one suspect's girlfriend. The suspects hit the victim with a 2-by-4. The victim wished to press charges.

    Odds and Ends--Feb. 2. Suspect(s) smashed the window of a red 1988 Pontiac Fiero and took a stereo and shoes.

    Drunk in Public--Feb. 4, 11:50 a.m. A white male was taken to the sobering station after he was discovered passed out between a dumpster and a tool shed. Police determined that he was intoxicated and unable to care for himself.

    Accident--Feb. 5, 7:20 a.m. A man went into diabetic shock and drove through a red light, colliding with two vehicles. His first passenger suffered facial lacerations and complained of chest pains and difficulty breathing. The second passenger complained of neck pain. All three were taken to Valley Medical Center.

    Paint the Town Red--Feb. 5, 11:44 p.m. A couple went out for a night on the town, during which the woman became intoxicated. They had an argument, so she called her bank to put a stop payment on a check she wrote to pay for her male companion's new truck. The man then threw the checkbook at the woman, hitting her in the face. A report of battery was filed.

    On the Lam--Feb. 2, 11:15 p.m. A male suspect got into a fight with his wife, causing cuts on her face and a swollen hand. The man fled before the police arrived and was still at large as of Feb. 6.

    Lost and Found--Feb. 6, 8:42 p.m. A Danville resident was booked on charges of driving under the influence after he got lost on his way home and drove into two parked cars in Campbell.
