    Purrfect Companion

Peter is a 1-year-old, orange and white tabby cat with a rather loud, infectious purr. He's perhaps most content watching the world go by from a windowsill. Peter intends to be neutered prior to adoption. Cat adoption costs $60, which includes spaying or neutering, up-to-date vaccinations, educational materials, time spent with an adoption counselor and much more. For more information regarding Peter or other wonderful cats, dogs and little critters available for adoption, call Leslie at 408.727.3383, ext. 854. The Humane Society of Santa Clara County is open seven days a week for adoption. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 12:30-6:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.
