    Police Blotter

    Vandalism--May 12, 11:25 a.m. Juvenile suspects broke into a school library on Waldo Road, wrote gang graffiti on a whiteboard and smeared feces on a desk. One suspect was in possession of a stolen bike and was booked into jail. The other suspects were cited.

    Burglary--May 12, 5-8:45 a.m. An unknown suspect smashed a car window on S. Bascom Avenue and stole records and DJ equipment.

    Petty Theft--May 11, 11:24 a.m. An 18-year-old man stole property from a store on E. Hamilton Avenue and fled. He was caught and cited.

    Drunken Driving--May 11, 2:25 a.m. A man was driving his boss home when he crashed the car into the bushes at Milton and Latimer avenues. He fled the scene, but when authorities located and questioned him at his home, he admitted to driving the car and having the keys. He was booked into jail.

    Auto Theft--May 9, 6-7:30 p.m. An unknown suspect broke into a car on E. Hamilton Avenue and stole a diaper bag, a cell phone and a day planner.

    Fraud--May 9. A 31-year-old woman on E. Hamilton Avenue used her sister's identification to obtain credit and property. The incident occurred during the last four months.

    Burglary--May 8, 12:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. An unknown suspect entered a residence on Echo Avenue through an unlocked balcony sliding glass door and stole jewelry.

    Loitering--May 6, 6:35 p.m. A 43-year-old man was bothering people in Los Gatos Creek County Park. He was located by authorities and arrested for being intoxicated and trying to ride a bike.

    Vandalism--May 7, 5 p.m.-8 a.m. The top of a convertible car was slashed on Hunt Way. The owner told authorities that she believed the incident may be retaliation for reporting construction hour violations.

    Theft--May 7, 7:45 a.m.-5 p.m. An unknown suspect pried open a rear sliding glass door on Pecan Way and stole jewelry, CDs and a Social Security card.

    Drug Activity--May 7, 12:38 a.m. While authorities were attempting to locate an individual on Beta Court, they discovered the man's 43-year-old brother violating his parole and another 37-year-old man under the influence of an illegal substance. The authorities also found crystal methamphetamine packages for sale.
