    Campbell Trailer Court

    Sale leaves tenants evicted and seeking affordable housing


    Open for more than 50 years, Campbell Trailer Court is set to be sold, which means all of its tenants will have to be out by July 14. After escrow closes, there are plans to build more apartments that will cost more than several hundred dollars per month, residents say. Residential displacements are nothing new to Silicon Valley, or Campbell, but for people at Trailer Court--many of whom can barely afford the cost of living in the South Bay--the nearly impossible quest to find affordable housing is just beginning.   More
