Harvard 'Kent' Nelson
Campbell resident Harvard "Kent" Nelson died Aug. 12 at his parent's home in Dallas, Texas. Nelson was born March 17, 1953 and was a gifted scholar, athlete and musician. In Campbell, Nelson was a food and beverage manager and craftsman of leather goods. His open-minded and positive attitude and his joy for life will be missed by family and friends.
Nelson is survived by his parents, Vernon and Janelle Nelson of Dallas, brother Steven Nelson and wife Samantha Nelson, sister Dayna Nardozza and husband Jim Nardozza, nieces Kelly Whaylan and Palma Nardozza, nephews Kery Nelson and Roman Nardozza.
Memorial services were held Aug. 15 at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church Chapel. Memorials may be made to the VNA Hospice, 1440 W. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas, 75247. Funeral arrangements made by Restland Funeral Home.
