    Police Blotter

    Weed Whacker--Sept. 29, 11:30 p.m. Police arrested a 27-year-old man carrying less than one ounce of marijuana.

    Nick of Time--Sept. 29, 10:50 p.m. A 38-year-old man was arrested for being drunk in public. A witness observed the obviously intoxicated subject walking to his car. Since no one actually saw him operating a motor vehicle, the man was given a citation for being drunk in public.

    Playing Doctor--Sept. 29, 12:25 p.m. Police filed a report on a San Jose woman who was calling in false prescriptions for herself in Campbell and San Jose.

    Home Sweet Home--Sept. 27, 7:40 a.m. A 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were arrested for breaking and entering after the two returned to their former residence on Union Avenue. The pair had been evicted from the house and had returned to reclaim their property.

    Mystery Driver--Oct. 3, 10-10:40 p.m. An unknown suspect stole a vehicle that was parked on Beth Way. While driving away from the scene, the suspect crashed the vehicle into a trailer parked on Archer Way.

    After-School Daze--Oct. 1, 9:30 p.m. Police discovered a suspect hiding in the dark at the school yard at Forest Hill School. He had a bottle of Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila; two other suspects had cigarettes in their possession.

    She-Devil--Sept. 30. A woman at a Winchester Boulevard residence reported to police that another woman beat her up for no reason. The woman believes her boyfriend orchestrated the attack.

    Stolen Memorabilia--Sept. 30. A 37-year-old man at a residence on Cameo Court Way reported to police that an unknown suspect stole his baseball card collection worth $1,000.
