Misdemeanor Warrant--Oct. 16, 1:28 p.m. A Lenor Way resident was booked into jail for crimes committed in Truckee. A locked bedroom door was forced open, and the suspect, who was wanted for making obscene phone calls, was found sitting on a bed.

Drunk Antics--Oct. 16, 10:04 p.m. Two San Jose men were booked into jail after they became intoxicated at a bar on Winchester Boulevard and caused a disturbance that moved into the parking lot. One of the men agreed to go home with a friend and got into a car, but didn't leave after police did. The other man was arrested after police located him on Orchard City Drive and Third Street, after he tried to steal a car.

Missing Wires--Oct. 18, 7:30 a.m. An unknown suspect cut the fence to a construction site for the new Vasona light rail station and stole an undisclosed amount of copper wire. It is unknown how much the wire was worth.
