    Campbell, in recent years, has been something of a rock in the fast-moving stream of valley life that flows around it. Under the old water tower, the little town has managed to preserve its personality without turning into a high-rent district where only boutiques can survive. It's not a small town anymore, though it still feels like it. But the valley's blossoms have given way to booms, and it's impossible for the Orchard City to stay the same.   More
