Fee waivers revisited Vampires at Ainsley Skate park
At the first Campbell City Council meeting of the new year, the council voted to approve a proposal that may lead to the cancellation of some of the city's biggest community events in 2004.  More It's 9:30 p.m. on a frigid Friday night, and inside the Orchard Valley Coffee Roasting Café, people are gathered around sipping cups of steaming caffe mocha, espresso and cocoa. Though the cafe-goers are scarcely aware of it, no more than 100 yards away, in the Ainsley House courtyard, a group of nightwalkers is shifting around in the shadows.  More Campbell skaters will have to wait another month to rail slide, goofy-foot and catch some air in the Orchard City. The completion of the Campbell Community Center's renovated skate park has been postponed yet again.  More
