No matter what the decision is on the Kohl's Department Store project, residents living near the proposed development are united on one front—an immediate need for traffic calming.  More Art could be considered a mystery, since most visitors to a museum or gallery never know the person or the inspiration behind the work. Yet for a standing-room-only audience of the Country Woman's Club of Campbell, those dynamics changed.  More In a competition sponsored by the San Francisco Club of Litho and Printing House Craftsmen, Smith & McKay Printing Company walked away last month with Craftsman of the Year and People's Choice honors, as well as seven gold, six silver and three bronze awards.  More
