Brown Act Capri at the OR Solar crosswalk
An invitation to listen to the public's concerns on a development project nearly resulted in the Campbell Planning Commission violating the Brown Act.  More With the cuffs of their surgical scrubs dragging on the floor and their sleeves rolled up to half the sleeves' original length, students from Capri Elementary School touring Community Hospital of Los Gatos looked oddly out of place in the operating room.  More On May 17, a handful of students, school administrators, police officers and San Jose city officials gathered in front of Westmont High School to officially unveil a state-of-the-art solar-powered crosswalk system.  More
