Assault—May 23, 10:23 p.m. A woman living on Union Avenue called authorities when her ex-boyfriend, 28, came to her apartment and slapped her several times and stole a necklace she was wearing. The San Jose police located the man at his residence and detained him for the Campbell police. The authorities found a loaded gun in his car. He was arrested and booked.
Drug Influence—May 22, 8:23 p.m. Campbell police received two 911 hang-up calls from a residence on Burnham Court. When authorities arrived they found a 29-year-old man outside the home showing symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked.
Indecent Exposure—May 21, 5:06 a.m. A 21-year-old man near the intersection of Bucknall Road and San Tomas Aquino Road was observed on the southwest corner wearing only a T-shirt and shoes. The man was seen prowling around a residence prior to the arrival of the police. The man fled when the police arrived and a foot pursuit ensued. The man was apprehended by the police and booked.
