Vandalism—May 28, 5 p.m.­6:30 a.m. An unknown person poured paint remover on a Mercedes Benz parked in front of a house on Crockett Avenue. A Dodge D50 truck and Chevrolet Malibu parked at the same address had similar damage.

Burglary—May 28, 1­2:50 p.m. An unknown person broke a living-room window and ransacked a home on Budd Avenue. A gym bag full of property was left at the scene.

Drunken Driving—May 28, 1:44 a.m. A 48-year-old man was stopped for a vehicle code violation on Hamilton Avenue and Marathon Drive and was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Vandalism—May 27, 10:57 p.m. A 21-year-old woman broke a large window at a business on E. Campbell Avenue. She tried to flee with friends but was arrested by authorities.

Drunken Driving—May 26, 10:30 p.m. A 68-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after rear-ending another car with her car on Winchester Boulevard and Sunnyside Avenue.

Theft—May 26. An unknown person entered an unlocked construction site on Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue and took a trailer winch, tools, cones and work equipment valued at $4,000.

Theft—May 25, 7 p.m. A 15-year-old San Jose youth was arrested for shoplifting in an electronics store on Hamilton Avenue.
