Making a Difference: Campbell resident and founder of Casa de la Cultura Mexica Manuel Viveros has placed an emphasis on promoting underrepresented minority artists in the South Bay. He has also introduced the general community to Latin American art and culture through outreach programs in places like the Campbell Public Library.
