Drunk in Public—Sept. 4, 8:03 p.m. A 23-year-old man was causing a disturbance at a gas station on Winchester Boulevard. He was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested.

Theft—Sept. 3, 3 p.m. An unknown person stole a refrigerator that was sitting outside a hardware and appliance store on E. Hamilton Avenue. The refrigerator was left by a customer in front of the store while he went to get a moving truck. When he returned, the refrigerator was gone.

Vandalism—Sept. 3, 3 a.m. An unknown person threw a rock through a bedroom window on Nello Drive and fled.

Drunk in Public—Sept. 2, 8 p.m. A 23-year-old man and a 22-year-old man caused a disturbance at a gas station on Hamilton Avenue. They were intoxicated and unable to care for themselves. Both men were arrested.

Burglary—Sept. 2, 7:04 p.m. An unknown person broke into a 1992 Acura Integra on S. Bascom Avenue and stole a stereo and CDs.

Burglary—Sept. 2, 8:50 a.m. An unknown person smashed the window of a Mazda 323 parked on Hollis Avenue and stole an in-dash stereo.

Burglary—Sept. 2. An unknown person broke the locks off of a storage unit on Union Avenue and stole Native American knives, antique forks and flasks, and other property.

Burglary—Sept. 1, 9:45 p.m. An unknown person smashed the left rear window of a Hertz rental car in a parking garage on E. Campbell Avenue. The individual also stole a notebook computer, clothing and a passport.

Vandalism—Sept. 1, 1 a.m. An unknown person slashed two tires and poured black paint on a silver 2004 Ford Mustang on W. Hamilton Avenue.

Theft—Aug. 31, 7:30 a.m. An unknown person stole CDs and other miscellaneous items from a 1999 Kia on Sobrato Avenue.

Theft—Aug. 31. An unknown person stole a DVD player and DVDs from an unlocked 2004 Ford Explorer on Apricot Avenue.
