Moryt Milo's concise and informative article on high-fructose corn syrup was just what I was looking for. If I had known earlier on what she wrote, I wouldn't have purchased the book The New Glucose Revolution. The Australian author, Dr. Jennie Brand-Miller, only confused the issue for me. In Dr. Brand-Miller's bestseller, there is very little information about fructose and none on high-fructose corn syrup. I doubt the public knows about this issue. I only found information in the Daily Californian, which commented on this corn syrup. Thank you for the nice write-up.
