Crab and pastadinner benefits
CUHSD students
Tickets are still available for the Country Woman's Club 12th annual Crab & Pasta Dinner on Feb. 2, at 6 p.m. The dinner takes place at the Campbell Community Center, 1 W. Campbell Ave., in the Orchard City Hall banquet room.
The event is a scholarship fundraiser for students in the Campbell Union High District who are going on to pursue higher education. Tickets are $45 per person. To purchase tickets, call Sally Howe at 408.374.9700.
Red Cross wants
to honor heroes
at its breakfast
The American Red Cross Santa Clara Valley Chapter once again wants to recognize individuals, organizations and businesses that have demonstrated extraordinary acts of courage or kindness. These individuals or groups will be honored as heroes at the Santa Clara Valley Real Heroes Breakfast on May 21 at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose.
The Red Cross is asking for nominations for heroic acts that took place in 2007. The deadline for submissions is March 13.

DramaFest arrives
with performances
at Heritage Theatre
Theatre-goers can enjoy an evening in downtown Campbell while supporting local high school students at the upcoming DramaFest event.
The fourth annual Campbell Union High School District DramaFest will be held at the Campbell Heritage Theatre, 1 W. Campbell Ave., on Jan. 25 at 7:30 p.m.
Performances will feature scenes, monologues and songs from all five high schools, including Del Mar High School's Little Shop of Horrors.
Ticket prices are $10 for general admission and $5 for students with an ASB card. Tickets can be purchased through the CUHSD at www.cuhsd.org. For more information, call 408.866.2105.
