Sheriff's Report
The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's Westside Substation.
Commercial Burglary--Feb. 10, 10:20 a.m., 10100 block of N. Wolfe Road. Unknown suspect(s) took $250 from the cash register and the safe.
Sexual Battery/Battery--Feb. 10, 6:45 p.m., 20900 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The victim claims her supervisor groped her and sexually harassed her on a regular basis. The victim has quit the position.
Theft by Access Card--Feb. 9, 4:55 p.m., 22700 block of Majestic Oak. The victim hired a caregiver for health reasons. The first caregiver hired took the victim's calling card and made $800 worth of calls to Tonga.
Harassing Phone Call--Feb. 9, 9 a.m., 10700 block of Brookwell Drive. The victim's neighbor needs her permission to remodel his home. The victim does not wish to grant it, and says that her neighbor called her and threatened her if she did not sign a permit waiver.
Residential Burglary--Feb. 8, 6:30 p.m., 10800 block of Wunderlich Drive. Unknown suspect(s) broke into a home through the bathroom window.
Thrown Objects At Moving Vehicles--Feb. 8, 3:05 p.m., Bubb Road at McClellan Road. A person caught two high school students throwing rocks at cars. A previous victim identified the two youths in that instance, as well.
Possible Arson--Feb. 8, 3 p.m., 21200 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. A car on the second level of the parking garage of local community college was completely destroyed in a suspicious fire.
Grand Theft/Embezzlement--Feb. 8, 3 p.m., 20700 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. An employee stole $580.
Burglary--Feb. 7, 12:25 p.m., 10100 block of N. Wolfe Road. Unknown suspect(s) took two cameras from a store with the door unlocked and the alarm turned off.
Auto Burglary--Feb. 6, 9:30 a.m., 20600 block of Forge Way. The victim's car was burglarized and $1,720 worth of stereo equipment was stolen.
Auto Burglary--Feb. 6, 9:30 a.m., 20600 block of Forge Way. The victim's car was burglarized and $400 worth of stereo equipment was stolen.
Auto Burglary--Feb. 6, 9:35 a.m., 21200 block of Homestead Road. The victim's car was burglarized and a $450 CD player was taken.
Auto Burglary--Feb. 6, 9:35 a.m., 20600 block of Forge Way. Basketballs and maps were taken from the victim's car, total value of $40-50.
Auto Burglary--Feb. 6, 9:35 a.m., 21200 block of Homestead Road. A stereo and 8 CDs, valued at $520 were taken.
