    Measure M is necessary

As a community volunteer and longtime library advocate, I urge a "yes" vote on Measure M. As Cupertino citizens, my family enjoys the benefit of this tax in playing fields and parks. But there are additional needs--a new library, new trails, road improvements. This utility tax has been used wisely to make long-term capital improvements in our city. Extending this tax so we can continue to make those capital improvements to improve our city is essential to maintaining our quality of life. This is local money to make local improvements, and we all benefit in maintaining the value of our homes, our businesses and our community.

    Vote "yes" on Measure M.
