    Sheriff's Report

The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's westside substation

Found Property--Feb. 2, 1:30 p.m., 10400 block of Moretti Drive. At 9:30 p.m. a resident found a Kenwood disk player on the lawn next to his driveway. The resident does not know where the disk player came from or who left it. The deputy didn't find a match when he ran the serial number through records. He booked it in at the Westside Substation as found property.

Indecent Exposure--Jan. 28, 8:30 p.m., 21200 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The suspect stood openly in the parking lot and used his right hand to masturbate. The suspect made eye contact with the victim and walked parallel with her while masturbating. The victim got in her car and the suspect stood directly behind the car and masturbated in the open while looking at the victim. The suspect is still at large.

Attempted Commercial Burglary--Feb. 2, 5:20 a.m., United Furniture Club. A deputy responded to an audible alarm call at United Furniture Club on E. Estates Drive. When he arrived at the scene, he went to the rear of the business. He discovered the rear door had fresh evidence of prying by an unknown suspect. The suspect pried at the door, causing approximately $1,000 in damage. The suspect did not gain entry. The deputy dusted the rear door and lifted a print on the exterior. The print card was processed and booked into evidence.
