Monta Vista grad makes dean's list at Eastern
Todd M. Bergstrom of Cupertino was named to the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 1998-99 school year at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
Bergstrom, the son of Barry and Marie Bergstrom, graduated from Monta Vista High School last year.
Colby was chartered in 1813 and now enrolls 1,750 students. According to Colby officials, the school ranks among the most selective liberal arts colleges in the nation in annual surveys by Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News & World Report.
