Disturbing the Peace--Feb. 14, midnight, P.J. Mulligan's. A deputy responded to a report of a fight at P.J. Mulligan's. When he arrived, he found that a man had hit a woman as she attempted to break up a fight in which he was involved. The victim was taken to Valley Medical Center for tests and observation.

Petty Theft--Feb. 10, 2:40 p.m., Target store. The suspect was observed picking up a portable CD player and concealing it in his pants pocket. The suspect exited the store without paying for the merchandise. The suspect was placed under citizen's arrest for shoplifting by the reporting party. The deputy issued a citation for petty theft and released the suspect.

Auto Burglary--Feb. 8, 11 p.m., the 20800 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The victim parked and locked her car at the beginning of her work shift.
