Tulsa is an 11-month-old, Shepherd/ Rottweiler mix who has the most gigantic paws. The bright lad appears calm and loves to give kisses. A great all-around dog for families and kids of all ages. Dog adoption costs $70, which includes spaying or neutering, up-to -date vaccinations, educational materials, time spent with an adoption counselor and much more.
