    Flint Center Revitalization

    Performing arts venue reaches out to wider audience


    The Flint Center for the Performing Arts, traditionally known as the site of symphonies and Broadway shows, will soon showcase more contemporary acts. Two weeks ago, for instance, the usually prim and proper Flint became loud and raucous when Motley Crue entertained an excited crowd. New contracts will bring in popular acts such as Boz Scaggs, Kenny G, Ray Charles, Riverdance and others.   More
