Drunk in Public--March 23, 5:50 p.m., Vallco Fashion Park. A deputy responded to a call at Vallco Fashion Park and observed a young male adult staggering to his feet. He was in the company of three friends. The male had a heavy odor of alcohol about his person. His eyes were bloodshot and watery. His speech was slow and slurred. His gait was unsteady and his balance poor. He admitted to drinking two 32-ounce beers earlier. The male was arrested and booked into jail without incident. He was tested as having a .67 blood alcohol concentration.

Theft With Priors--March 23, 12:35 p.m., Lucky's. The suspect walked into Lucky's, placed six video cassettes into a shopping basket and walked around the store. A loss prevention officer followed the suspect throughout the store and saw him place the six video cassettes into a brown paper bag. Further investigation revealed priors for theft and two outstanding warrants. The suspect was booked into Main Jail.
