Local facilities help developmentally disables children
Miracle House and Morehouse offer 24-hour care in a structured environment

For families with autistic or developmentally disabled children, providing them with a well-structured environment is not always an option. Rachel Banse, the residential director of the Pacific Autism Center for Education, said children diagnosed with autism demand a lot of attention, and often multi-child families are not able to provide their autistic child with proper care. Miracle House and Morehouse are two Cupertino-based homes that offer 24-hour care for children ranging from 6 to 17 years old.
