Newly released design details suggest that the Cupertino Public Library and civic center area is on its way to becoming the city's oasis.  More Although it's moving along at a snail's pace, the Cupertino Town Center renovation project is making progress, having finally received a long-anticipated green light from the Cupertino City Council for phase one.  More Silicon Valley, the geographical center of the high-tech industry, may not be known for its artistic community.
