Library naming Operation Graduate Military academy attack
The disagreement between Cupertino City Council members over where to place plaques in recognition of donors who contribute to the $25 million library and civic plaza project has brought the fundraising campaign to a screeching halt.  More In 1942, George Wilson Graham, then 18, couldn't resist the drumbeat of World War II.
