Cherry Blossom Festival is 20 and still blooming
|
|
|
On the weekend of April 26 and 27 Cupertinians once again made their way in droves to the Cherry Blossom Festival held at Memorial Park. There they enjoyed an array of Japanese sights sounds and events—Taiko drummers, dancers, food, Bonsai trees, brush painting, paper folding, flower arranging, dazzling costumes and there were even Koi swimming in water gardens created just for the festival. Mother Nature also pitched in with a beautiful spring day.
