On May 28 around 11:30 a.m., while a woman was loading her children into her car on Disney Lane in Cupertino, a man approached her from behind and grabbed her between the legs. The suspect fled on foot toward Bollinger Road.
Two hours later, the suspect approached another woman from behind and grabbed her breasts while she was at the pool in her apartment complex at the intersection of Homestead and Stelling roads.
This man appears to be the same person who has struck other female victims on six different occasions—one incident took place on May 20 in Cupertino, three incidents occurred on May 16 in Cupertino and San Jose and two other incidents took place in March.
The victims described the suspect as an adult Hispanic man in his 20s, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 120 to 150 pounds. He wears a baseball cap, big sunglasses, a long-sleeve gray shirt and jeans.
A police artist has completed a sketch of the suspect and is working with the new victims on a new sketch.
According to the sheriff, the man may have grown some facial hair since the March attacks and now has a mustache and a goatee. Residents can downlaod the sketch online titled "Wanted" at http://photos.yahoo.com/cupertinopolice.
