Application forms are available during working hours at the CCS office at 10104 Vista Drive in Cupertino.

The applicants' eligibility depends on their household size, income, and not being on a primary residential property title in the past three years. Other restrictions apply. Priority is given to Cupertino residents and people working in Cupertino.

The minimum income ranges from $57,450 for a family of one to $95,200 for a family of six. The maximum income ranges from $88,620 for a family of one to $146,856 for a family of six.
