Sheriff's Report
The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's Westside Substation.

Battery with Bodily Injury —Dec. 28, 3:45 p.m., Judy Avenue. A police officer was dispatched to a fight in progress on Judy Avenue. Upon arrival, the officer contacted the victim. She said she was kicked in the stomach by another woman. The victim is four-months pregnant. The officer took the assaulting woman into custody. She was displaying objective symptoms of depressant use and booked into the main jail.

Curfew Violation—Dec. 28, 2 a.m., Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue. Three teenagers rode bicycles and motorized scooters after curfew hours. They didn't have parental supervision and permission. Their parents didn't know where they were. A police officer cited and released the teenagers to their parents.

Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance—Dec. 27, 10:45 p.m., Jollyman Way. A police officer was conducting a patrol check and saw a vehicle parked inside the parking lot with the interior dome light on. The officer contacted the occupant of the vehicle, who was later identified to display objective symptoms of stimulant use. His speech was incoherent and he had an unsteady gait. His eyelids fluttered when closed. He had a resting pulse rate of 130 beats per minute.

Burglary—Dec. 27, 8:55 p.m., Santa Clara Avenue. Unknown person(s) opened the unlocked bedroom window on the southwest side of the residence to gain entry. They stole an Xbox and two game controllers worth $235. They exited the residence via the rear door. Two print cards were submitted to the West Valley Station.
