Family was home when robbers invaded
By I-chun Che
The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in identifying three men who invaded and robbed a Cupertino home.

About 4:10 p.m. on Jan. 12, three men knocked on the front door of a residence on White Fir Court and then entered through the unlocked door. They forced all three residents to the floor and demanded money. The residents complied after the robbers punched one of them in the face. No one else was injured.

The robbers took cash, a laptop computer, credit cards and a backpack.

The police only have descriptions for two of the three robbers. One of them was described as a Caucasian man, approximately 6 feet tall and 220 pounds, with short blond hair and long sideburns. Another robber is described as a black man about 6 feet tall with a large build, wearing a sweatshirt and gloves at the crime scene.

Anyone who has information about this case should call Detective Dave Gordon or Detective Dean Baker at 408.808.4500.
