Getting IRS forms in on time is a taxing proposition
|

|
Outside of the Cupertino post office on Stevens Creek Boulevard on April 15, Cupertino postman,
Jeff Tzeng, accepts a resident's last minute tax return. Early in the afternoon the line wasn't long,
but as the day drew to a close, cars stacked up behind each other as they dropped off their IRS forms.
