Drivers passing through Cupertino on I-280 may soon see two soaring white towers framing Mt. Hamilton. The towers are a part of a proposed Mary Avenue bicycle and pedestrian bridge at the juncture of I-280 and Highway 85.  More Facing the impending expiration of a tax that helped fund the libraries of Santa Clara County for 10 years, the Joint Powers Authority Board of Santa Clara County on Jan. 27 unanimously passed a resolution to bring another parcel tax measure to the voters.  More After a one-year hiatus, Cupertino has reinstated its case manager position for seniors.  More
