The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's Westside Substation.
Burglary--March 20, 11:45 p.m., Stevens Creek Boulevard. An individual entered a gas station and took $100 and two six-packs of beer. The responsible party was apprehended and booked into the main jail.
Drug Possession--March 20, 4:15 p.m., Bollinger Road at Miller Avenue. An officer stopped a vehicle for defective brake lights; the driver had a no-bail warrant for various drug charges. The officer conducted an inventory search and found a glass pipe with a white crystal substance inside. The vehicle displayed a false license plate. Also inside the vehicle were black gloves, several pry bars, two-way radios, dark clothing and a filed-down screwdriver. The driver was arrested and transported to the main jail.
Trespassing--March 19, 3:45 p.m., Alcalde Road. A woman ignored a deputy's warning not to return to a home. The homeowner placed the woman under private person's arrest. An officer arrived and took the woman to the main jail.
Vandalism (Residential)--March 19, 12:25 p.m., Forge Way. An unknown person(s) used a pellet or BB-type projectile from a gun or rifle to damage two windows. Damage was estimated at $350. There were no injuries and no witnesses.
Lost Property--March 19, 12:25 p.m., Stevens Creek Boulevard. A woman left her cell phone on a bank counter. She returned and was unable to find her phone. The woman requested a police report in order to receive another phone.
