Sheriff's Report
The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's Westside Substation.

Vandalism— March 25, 2:53 p.m., Bollinger Road. Four juveniles fled after being spotted in a middle school. The school was then searched and graffiti found on four classroom doors. Police detained the four juveniles an hour and a half later. Two admitted to vandalism, and all four admitted to fleeing when told to stop. All four juveniles were cited and released to their parents.

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor/Minor in Possession Alcohol—March 25, 2:12 a.m., Miller Avenue at Bollinger Road. A beer bottle was thrown from a vehicle. The vehicle contained five people, all under the age of 21. A search of the vehicle revealed more alcohol. The five were cited and released.

Grand Theft—March 25, 10 a.m., McClellan Road. A toolbox with tools inside was taken from the back of a truck parked in a driveway. The tools and responsible person(s) are still at large.

Arson—March 25, 5:11 p.m., Stern Avenue. Two juveniles set fire to a homemade Molotov cocktail behind a garbage bin. Both juveniles were cited and released.

Possession of Methamphetamine—March 26, 5:50 p.m., Stevens Creek at Randy Lane. An individual was seen rummaging through boxes in front of a new business not yet opened. The individual then went next door and rummaged through a garbage bin. Upon questioning, the individual appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant. Police searched the individual and found narcotics in his wallet. The individual was booked at the main jail.
