The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's Westside Substation.
Unlawful Use of Disabled Person Placard--June 19, 6:30 p.m., N. Wolfe Road. A person displayed an expired disabled person's placard and parked in a disabled person's stall. The person was cited and released.
Burglary (Vehicle)--June 19, 3:20 p.m., Richwood Court. An unknown person(s) broke a rear passenger window and ransacked the vehicle. The individual(s) took papers and a laptop case.
Assault with a Knife--June 19, 2:50 p.m., Primrose Way. A person pushed an individual into a wall and then onto the ground. The person then grabbed a kitchen knife and threatened to kill the individual. The person is still at large.
Stolen Vehicle--June 18, 4 p.m., Fiesta Lane. An unknown person(s) towed a locked GMC vehicle from a residential driveway.
Possession of Methamphetamine--June 17, 11:11 p.m., Freeway 85 at 280. A driver who was stopped for speeding displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. A sheriff's deputy searched the vehicle and found a pipe with 0.2 grams of methamphetamine on the driver's floorboard. The deputy arrested the driver on charges of possession and booked him into the main jail.
Burglary (Residential)--June 17, 9:45 p.m., Waterford Drive. Unknown person(s) removed a rear window screen and broke a window. The individual(s) then ransacked the home looking for jewelry. The burglar(s) are at large.
