The following incidents were culled from reports filed by deputies at the sheriff's Westside Substation.
Possession of a Controlled Substance--March 5, 3:30 a.m., Presidio Drive. A sheriff's officer located a person sitting in a parked car and displaying symptoms of being under a controlled substance. The officer searched the vehicle and found a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine and a baggie containing a methamphetamine-like substance.
Vandalism--March 4, 4:55 p.m. Barbara Lane. Three juveniles were seen pushing down a cherry tree valued at $300. The juveniles then fled in a four-door American car and are still at large.
Robbery--March 3, 4:45 p.m., Bubb Road. Two juvenile males took a scooter from a group of students at a school. One of the students attempted to stop them and was struck by the scooter, sustaining minor injuries. The juveniles fled and are at large.
Burglary (Residential)--March 2, 7:58 p.m., Ferngrove. A person(s) entered a residence by throwing a rock through a rear sliding glass door. The person(s) ransacked the residence and took miscellaneous electronic equipment valued at $3,758. The person(s) responsible is at large.
Burglary--March 1, 3 p.m., Corte de Seville. An unknown person(s) broke into a locked storage locker by cutting the locks. The person(s) took $400 in items, including a bicycle and a television.
Under the influence of a stimulant--March 1, 1:37 p.m., Wolfe Road. A sheriff's officer stopped an individual showing symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. The officer booked the individual into the main jail.
