Los Gatos Weekly-Times Police Report Petty Theft--Jan. 4, 2:43 p.m., on Oakdale Drive. Resident reported that 15 checks were taken from his home. Attempted Burglary--Jan. 2, 10:44 a.m., on Cleland Avenue. An unknown suspect tried unsuccessfully to enter a home through a window and sliding door. Domestic Violence--Jan. 1, 7:18 p.m., on Broadway Avenue. A woman reported that her husband hit her and took away her car keys. She was afraid to go home. Vandalism--Dec. 31, 12:27 a.m., on High School Court. Police responded to an alarm and heard loud crashing noises in the auditorium. Two juveniles were arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall for breaking a window.
