Players must provide proof of age, and parents must provide a PG&E or water bill for proof of residency when they register. All players must reside within the Los Gatos Little League boundaries.

A $150 donation is requested for each player at the registration (maximum donation per family is $300). The T-ball donation is $100.

Pony-Colt Tryouts

The Los Gatos Pony-Colt baseball league will hold mandatory tryouts for all Pony players (ages 13-14) on Jan. 30 and Feb. 6 at Fisher Middle School. Tryouts will be held at 9 a.m. for 14-year-olds and 10 a.m. for 13-year-olds.

At least one tryout is required, but players should try to attend tryouts each weekend for the best opportunity to display their skill levels.

For information, call Dennis Furia at 358-1478.

Former local fast-pitch superstar Whitney Floyd will host lessons and clinics for girls softball pitchers. Floyd starred locally at Lynbrook High School and went on to All-American status at UC-Berkeley. She is currently on the coaching staff at Santa Clara University.
