Two development applications are pending, one for 36 single-family homes, the other for 39. The application comes back to the Planning Commission Feb. 24. Marcia Jensen calls it quits After 10 years on the Planning Commission, Marcia Jensen is hanging up her ... little engraved name card that sits in front of her on the dais. She handed in her resignation Jan. 8. Jensen says she wants to spend more time with her family. Anyone with a hankering to debate the finer points of zoning laws, pore over thick planning documents and stay alert through late-night meetings may apply to become a planning commissioner at the Office of the Town Clerk, 110 E. State of the Town at breakfast Los Gatos Mayor Jan Hutchins will be the featured speaker when he delivers his State of the Town address at the Town of Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting Jan. 26 from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. at the Toll House on S. Santa Cruz Avenue. The Chamber will also install its new officers at the meeting, including chairman of the board Joshua Miller, vice chair Diane McNutt and secretary/treasurer Keith Plottel.
