Robin Tole, who just retired from GTE Telephone Operations, will continue as chairwoman of the board of the Town of Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce. She was installed, along with new officers and board members, Jan. 24 at the organization's annual installation and State of the Chamber presentation.
Los Gatos Mayor Joanne Benjamin installed the group and also gave her State of the Town address.
In addition to Tole, the executive committee members are Kent Cooper, Cooper & Co. Inc., chairman-elect; Maureen McCarthey, PG&E, economic development; Diane McNutt, McNutt & Co. Inc., communications; Ervie Smith, Ervie L. Smith & Assoc., board development; David Walker, Saratoga National Bank, finance; and Josh Miller, American Express Financial, membership. At-large members are Dennis Varni, Green Valley Disposal; Margo Culcasi, San Jose National Bank; and Don Callahan.
Other board members are Steve Boersma, who recently left his position as executive pastor for administration at Calvary Church; Joe Campagna, Anderson Chevrolet; Joe Fine, Santa Clara Land Title; Truman Gates, Community Hospital of Los Gatos; John Hannegan, C.B. Hannegan's; Teri Hope, Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Co.; Penny Ivanovic, Valeriano's Ristorante; Kurt Lemons, Upstream Flyfishing; Harlan McHugh, McHugh Lincoln Mercury; Ron Nelson, Los Gatos Lodge; Dan Ponder, the Toll House Hotel; Don Rector, Toner Products Ltd.; Grant Sedgwick, The Studio; and Bill Seligman, attorney.
